Description
With the Foscarini Rituals collection, the challenge the designers set about achieving was to translate the lightness of washi paper used in oriental lanterns into a glass light. Only Foscarini’s experience, combined with the skill of master Murano glassmakers made this creation possible. Made of satin blown glass, the shell of Rituals is cut horizontally at random intervals and depths. This particular treatment affects the scattering of light by creating areas of light and shade. This mount can be positioned in 2 different positions making it very flexible.
