Tom Dixon, OBE is a self-taught British designer. He is currently the Creative Director of the brand 'Tom Dixon' specialising in Lighting, Furniture and Accessories. He has taken Tom Dixon the brand from a small business operation to an international brand in the space of 20 years.

The Spring Family by Tom Dixon is a series of three pendant lamps made up of stainless-steel strips. Ribbons of stainless steel have been arranged like a whisk around Tom Dixon's custom-made dimmable LED disc. The semi-transparent shape Spring creates can be adjusted to a variety of silhouettes - from a flat arrangement reminiscent of a spirograph drawing, to a flying saucer configuration and on to a fuller shape akin to a pumpkin.
The original Mirrorball light is now instantly recognisable and was originally inspired by space helmet's and the infamous disco ball. The beautiful new gold finish adds a level of sophistication. These unique lights are created by vaporising a thin layer of pure metal onto the internal surface of a polycarbonate globe. This technical process results in a highly reflective gold mirrored surface, which takes on the characteristics of its surroundings. Also available in 40cm and 50cm.
The Slab Desk by Tom Dixon is inspired by the archetypical Victorian school desk. This contemporary work station is equally comfortable as a hotel room desk or a dressing table. Made from solid Oak construction, with softly rounded edges and understated proportions, the traditional inkwell transformed into a cable management hole, and a deeply machined groove for pens and accessories – this desk is a domesticated all situation work station for laptops, for makeup, for sketching or for fiddling around on Instagram.
An exercise in reductionism – Tom Dixon Bell light is a dome suspended over a dome formed of pressed steel. The hyper-polished, mirrored and reflective surface allows Bell to take on the tone and characteristics of its surrounding area – Tom Dixon's continued exploration into the super-shiny. There is a knob on the base which is used as a dimmer switch. Bell Table light is also available as a Floor light.
Tom Dixon Scoop High chair is an upholstered dining or side chair which is all about comfort. Scoop also comes in a Low back version. Scoop is made by applying upholstery to an injection-moulded hard foam shell to create the seat, the legs are copper plated.
