The Muuto Ambit suspension light refers to the design of a typical brazier, turning the bowl shape of the cooking stove upside down to form a lampshade. This timeless and versatile pendant light is constructed using a traditional process; formed from aluminium that has been press-spun, polished and hand-painted, which results in a durable and beautiful light fitting.
The renowned TAF architects is the brainchild of Mattias Ståhlbom and Gabriella Gustafson. Their goal is to take common everyday items and make them unusual. They are Stockholm-based and are making international headlines within product and interior design. Their designs for Muuto and Artek are fast becoming classics.
